Green Football Weekend brings together football lovers - from top-tier clubs to Sunday leagues - in an annual campaign to tackle climate change, and we're encouraging local clubs to get involved between Friday 2nd and Monday 5th February.

The 3.5-billion football community have the power to change things, like nothing else on planet earth. And, during Green Football Weekend, that change could start with our stomachs. Is it time to try a tasty veggie meal? Here's how else you can get involved:

* Score 'Green Goals' at www.greenfootballweekend.com. Get your team and fans to take eco-friendly actions during the three-week tournament (there are some prizes on offer for the biggest scorers)
* Host a 'Greener Game' during Green Football Weekend. Be a game-changer by organising your mini-greener game, showing your commitment to sustainability
