How to Build ‘Female Friendly’ Clubs: Free Training Available
Clubs who’d like to grow a new women’s and girls’ team can discover what an ideal ‘female friendly’ environment looks like by accessing an interactive, online FA workshop, aimed at both committee members and coaches.
Attendees at the ‘Female Friendly Clubs’ Training will receive practical advice to help create the right club to grow female participation, and bookings are now being taken for the training, with two dates remaining in June. They will also develop their existing understanding of off-pitch and on-pitch considerations and discuss real-life case study examples which are ‘Inspiring Positive Change’.
Female football is a major part of our ‘Moving Forward’ Strategy. This training, supported by Barclays, consists of one module, running from 6:30-8:30pm. You can book onto the workshop via this link. Information on female football is also shared on Twitter by @EssexCountyFA and by searching for ‘EssexFootball’ on Facebook.
