Concord Rangers will host Chelmsford City in an all-Vanarama National League South clash after the BBC Essex Senior Cup Quarter-Final draw paired them together live on air from the station’s studios on Wednesday 11th December.

The rival clubs, who have both enjoyed significant success in the competition in recent years, will meet at the Aspect Arena on or before 11th January, while Jamie O’Hara’s Billericay Town face Grays Athletic or Canvey Island. Waltham Abbey meet Maldon & Tiptree and the winners of the Dagenham & Redbridge and Barking Fourth Round match will entertain Tilbury.

Chelmsford Manager Rod Stringer was a special guest on the Wednesday Sport programme to pull out the home clubs, with BBC Essex’s Nick Alliker responsible for the away sides. The remaining teams are all competing for a place in the prestige final later in the season.
