Tickets Now on Sale for BBC Essex Women’s Cup Final

Billericay Town Face Hashtag United at Colchester United FC

Tickets are now on sale for the huge BBC Essex Women’s Cup Final as Billericay Town and Hashtag United compete for the silverware on Thursday 10th April at Colchester United FC’s JobServe Community Stadium (kick-off 7:45pm).

As well as the action on the pitch, there will also be popular Referee and Coach Workshops around the ground, plus the Women’s FA Cup will also be in attendance, providing an incredible photo opportunity! Tickets/permits are priced at just £8 for adults, £4 for seniors aged 65+ and under 18s, and £2 for under 16s, and the prestige fixture is expected to attract a large crowd.

Hashtag supporters will be situated in Blocks 1-3 of the West Stand, while Billericay fans can watch from Blocks 7-9 of the West Stand. Parking information has also been confirmed, and supporters can take advantage of the Park & Ride facilities in Cuckoo Farm Way. Further premium parking spaces at the stadium can be booked at the point of purchasing a ticket online. Bars and refreshments will be readily available around the stadium, and free matchday programmes can be obtained.

Essex County FA Chief Executive, Brendan Walshe, is looking forward to another showcase event: “The last time these clubs met in the BBC Essex Women’s Cup Final at Colchester United FC there was a crowd of over 2,000, and it would be brilliant if we could achieve another huge attendance. We’re really looking forward to this match, one of the marquee events for the local game each season. We have two excellent teams meeting for what will be a fascinating final.”

Match tickets will be available on the night from a self-service machine in the Club Shop (card only), though booking online and using the Print@Home/smartphone option is advised to reduce queuing. The game will only show on the self-serve machine on the day. The Ticket Office is also open in-person from Monday to Friday (10:00am-2:00pm).

Only wheelchair, disabled or carer tickets can be arranged via (01206) 755161 (Monday to Friday, 10:00am-2:00pm). Anyone requiring wheelchair access should create an online ticket account first before contacting to book (all other tickets are to be booked online including ambulant disabled tickets). A limited number of audio description headsets are also available thanks to Hospital Radio, and applications to use these can be made to chris.evans2@essexfa.com.
