Our ‘Managing Player Difference’ Workshop is aiming to enable coaches to understand how knowing more about their players can help them design effective environments and support the management of their diversity.

Every player (and person) holds their own unique characteristics, mannerisms and ability levels. No player ever enters an environment as a blank slate and, whether we are aware or not, the way they play is a consequence of their own experiences and genetics up to this point. Coaches can find out more, and join our Coach Education Department, on Monday 7th April from 6:00-9:00pm at workshops taking place simultaneously in Chelmsford and Southend.
