It's more than just a match! As well the hugely-anticipated BBC Essex Senior Cup Final on Tuesday 18th March at Colchester United FC’s JobServe Community Stadium, we're staging referee and coach workshops.

The FA Cup silverware will also be in attendance, too, providing an incredible photo opportunity! Places will shortly be available to book, subject to availability, and a match ticket will be included in the booking cost. All attendees will be invited to enjoy the match from the West Stand after their workshop has concluded.

Referees Workshop: This year, we plan to welcome a FIFA and Premier League referee along for the evening (subject to any international appointments). They will be sharing their journey from grassroots football to the professional game as part of a development session on communication, as well as answering any questions from those in attendance.

Coaches Workshop: Open to all coaches (no qualification necessary), this session qualifies as accredited FA CPD (Continuing Professional Development) hours for Level 1-4 coaches. A guest speaker will be confirmed very soon, who will provide some key coaching background and advice, as well as featuring in a question-and-answer session.
