England Football are providing a range of funded Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities to anyone looking to obtain an enhanced understanding of Physical Education. Courses are accessible for teachers, trainee teachers and those involved in delivering physical education as part of a wider curriculum.

Teachers will be even better equipped to deliver high-standard physical education for children of all age groups alongside England Football, who are dedicated to supporting PE development, helping children to develop a love for being active and improving physical competence, whilst advocating for health and wellbeing and inspiring future stars. The PE CPD for Teachers will create confidence in those looking to deliver engaging, inclusive, high-quality physical education lessons. The course of the CPD layout will incorporate elements of e-learning, expert knowledge from England Football’s PE Team and ongoing support in the form of articles, videos and resources.

This is a self- paced course which can be completed in a learners’ own time, entirely online. For the Face-to-Face PE CPD for Teachers offer, this is delivered in-person by England Football’s PE tutors and it can be delivered as standalone modules, or as a one-day event.
