Festive Period Opening Hours at the County Office

Everyone at the Essex County FA would like to take this opportunity to wish you season’s greetings and a Happy New Year. Please be aware that the County Office will close at 5:00pm on Monday 23rd December 2024, re-opening at 9:00am on Thursday 2nd January 2025.

Tuesday 24th December 2024 - Closed
Wednesday 25th December 2024 (Christmas Day) - Closed
Thursday 26th December 2024 (Boxing Day) - Closed
Friday 27th December 2024 - Closed
Monday 30th December 2024 - Closed
Tuesday 31st December 2024 - Closed
Wednesday 1st January 2025 (New Year’s Day) - Closed
Thursday 2nd January 2025 - Business Resumes as Normal

From Tuesday 24th December 2024 to Thursday 2nd January 2025, if you believe an under 18 is at immediate risk of harm, or if you have an urgent safeguarding concern, please contact the police on 999. Alternatively, you can contact the Essex Safeguarding Children Board on (0345) 603 7627 or Children’s Social Services via (0345) 606 1212.

Should you, or an under 18, require support and/or advice, please contact Childline on (0800) 1111 or the NSPCC via (0808) 800 500. For non-urgent safeguarding concerns, please E-Mail safeguarding@essexfa.com, where your E-Mail will be responded to upon our return. Christmas and New Year Refereeing Contacts

Please note, from Tuesday 24th December 2024 until Thursday 2nd January 2025, all referees can E-Mail referees@essexfa.com with any refereeing queries, as this inbox will be monitored intermittently over the festive period.

If you have any misconduct (i.e. cautions, send-offs and/or extraordinary incidents) to report, please submit this through the FA Whole Game System via this link. If you’re unable to report this through the Whole Game System, please E-Mail your misconduct to discipline@essexfa.com with ‘Misconduct Report’ as the subject of the E-Mail.
