The Essex County FA Youth ‘Council’ have been together for two years already to provide a voice to young people on how grassroots football is delivered locally. They also help to deliver a variety of projects which support the FA National Game Strategy, including:
* Essex County FA ‘Football Futures’ Programme and Camp
* youth leadership events
* supporting the Essex County FA’s Community Football Day
Successful candidates will register, or already be registered with, Football Futures and will be:
* able to attend and actively participate in all monthly Youth Forum meetings
* committed to Youth Forum aims and provide a voice for children and young people
* capable of delivering and attending various football events related to the role
* in a position to support a minimum of three Essex County FA events
* willing to complete the FA ‘CRC’ process
