We understand that good facilities make a significant difference to players' experiences of the game, and can help to grow and sustain participation.

We work closely with our colleagues at the Football Foundation (who distribute funding from The FA, Sport England and the Premier League). Since their inception in 2000, they have invested millions of pounds into grassroots football facilities across Essex.

We now have a dedicated 'Facilities & Funding' hub on our website where you can find information on our Local Football Facility Plans, grass pitch improvement and Football Foundation funding opportunities, amongst other things.
